Description

A creamy and flavorful dip inspired by Mexican street corn, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn, grilled or canned
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add in the corn, cotija cheese, cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
