Description

A delicious and festive stuffed turkey roulade filled with spinach and cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cranberries, cream cheese, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten the turkey breast using a meat mallet.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the turkey breast.
  5. Roll the turkey breast tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the rolled turkey on all sides.
  7. Transfer to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the turkey overnight.
  • Serve with cranberry sauce for added sweetness.
