Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Add the mixed nuts to the saucepan and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
