- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt until well mixed.
- Add the mixed nuts to the saucepan and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
