Description

A fun and creative way to enjoy sushi flavors in a crispy wonton cone form.


Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into muffin tins to form cones.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  4. In a bowl, mix sushi rice with soy sauce and wasabi.
  5. Fill each cone with a layer of sushi rice.
  6. Add crab meat, avocado, and cucumber slices.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
