Description

A flavorful and healthy blend of hummus and tabbouleh, perfect for dipping or spreading.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
