Delicious and healthy Tahini Date Freezer Cups made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend tahini and pitted dates until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until combined.
- Optionally, mix in chopped nuts.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each liner to the top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Enjoy the frozen treats directly from the freezer!
