Ingredients

- 1 cup tahini
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture until a dough forms.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Can be frozen for longer storage.
