This Thai Tea Ice Cream is a creamy and rich dessert with the unique flavor of Thai tea.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup brewed Thai tea, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, brewed Thai tea, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve the ice cream, garnished with additional Thai tea if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger tea flavor, increase the amount of brewed Thai tea used.
- This ice cream can also be served with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
