Description

This Thai Tea Ice Cream is a creamy and rich dessert with the unique flavor of Thai tea.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup brewed Thai tea, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, to taste)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, brewed Thai tea, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop and serve the ice cream, garnished with additional Thai tea if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger tea flavor, increase the amount of brewed Thai tea used.
  • This ice cream can also be served with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top.
