- 1 cup black sesame seeds
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup yuzu juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the black sesame seeds until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground black sesame, cream cheese, granulated sugar, yuzu juice, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar to make the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more black sesame.
- Yuzu can be substituted with lemon juice if unavailable.
