Description

A deliciously creamy cheesecake featuring the unique flavors of black sesame and yuzu, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup yuzu juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the black sesame seeds until finely ground.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground black sesame, cream cheese, granulated sugar, yuzu juice, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar to make the crust.
  5. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  6. Pour the cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow to cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add more black sesame.
  • Yuzu can be substituted with lemon juice if unavailable.
