- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to make the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs, and mix until combined.
- Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- This cheesecake is best when chilled overnight.
