A delicious and healthier version of chocolate cheese cake that satisfies your sweet tooth without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to make the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and eggs, and mix until combined.
  5. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
