- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the dates until a paste forms.
- Add the rolled oats and almond butter, and blend until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute almond butter with peanut butter for a different flavor.
