Description

A simple and delicious cookie made with just three ingredients: dates, oats, and almond butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates until a paste forms.
  3. Add the rolled oats and almond butter, and blend until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
