Description

A decadent dish featuring homemade pasta filled with rich egg yolks and flavored with luxurious truffle butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup truffle butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt for boiling water


Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center.
  2. Add egg yolks and whole egg into the well, then mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough into thin sheets.
  6. Cut the dough into circles and place a mixture of egg yolks and truffle butter on half of the circles.
  7. Fold the other half over and press to seal the edges.
  8. Boil salted water and cook the ravioli until they float to the top.
  9. Drain and serve with melted truffle butter and grated Parmesan.

Notes

  • Ensure the dough is thin for the best texture.
  • Truffle butter can be adjusted to taste.
  • Leftover ravioli can be frozen for later use.
