Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup truffle butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt for boiling water
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center.
- Add egg yolks and whole egg into the well, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into thin sheets.
- Cut the dough into circles and place a mixture of egg yolks and truffle butter on half of the circles.
- Fold the other half over and press to seal the edges.
- Boil salted water and cook the ravioli until they float to the top.
- Drain and serve with melted truffle butter and grated Parmesan.

- Ensure the dough is thin for the best texture.

- Leftover ravioli can be frozen for later use.
