Description

A comforting turkey ramen recipe that combines tender turkey with flavorful broth and noodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. Add the turkey breast, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Simmer until the turkey is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the turkey, shred it, and return to the pot.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and bok choy to the broth; cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with chopped green onions and sliced boiled eggs.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add chili oil before serving.
