Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add mixed vegetables, cook until soft.
- Add chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder, stir well.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, beaten eggs, and the mixture from the skillet.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping it onto a serving platter.
