Description

A delicious and unique rice dish that flips for a surprising presentation!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add mixed vegetables, cook until soft.
  3. Add chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder, stir well.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked rice, beaten eggs, and the mixture from the skillet.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping it onto a serving platter.
