Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before icing.
- Prepare the chocolate icing and spread it over the cooled tart.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and let it set before serving.
Notes
- Use unsweetened cocoa powder for a richer flavor.
- Let the tart cool completely before icing to prevent melting.
