Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and dark chocolate chips until melted.
- Stir in peppermint extract, agave syrup, and sea salt.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the tart crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve the tart chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint extract.
- Top with fresh mint leaves before serving for decoration.
