This Vegan Snickers Tart is a delicious, no-bake dessert that is both gluten-free and guilt-free. It’s made with wholesome ingredients that mimic the classic Snickers flavor.

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend dates and almonds until finely chopped.
- Add cocoa powder, almond butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until mixed well.
- Press the mixture firmly into a tart pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, mix chopped peanuts with a bit of almond butter and spread over the crust.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top of the tart.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
- For a sweeter tart, increase the maple syrup.
- To make it nut-free, substitute almonds with sunflower seeds.
