Description

A rich and creamy soup made from Velvet Ash leaves, perfect for cold evenings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Velvet Ash leaves
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Velvet Ash leaves and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
