Description

A delicious twist on traditional lasagna, using Venezuelan ingredients and flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer ingredients in a baking dish: noodles, meat, ricotta mixture, and sauces.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
