- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer ingredients in a baking dish: noodles, meat, ricotta mixture, and sauces.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding fresh herbs.
- Let the lasagna sit for about 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner pieces.
