Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip that is perfect for serving with fresh vegetables or pita chips.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, garlic, dill, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
