Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate and matcha powder.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until it is firm.
- Using a melon baller or your hands, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Dredge each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
