- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted

- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of fresh raspberries and chopped pistachios.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, allow the tiramisu to chill overnight.
