Description

A luxurious dessert featuring layers of white chocolate, raspberries, and pistachios.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Add a layer of fresh raspberries and chopped pistachios.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the tiramisu to chill overnight.
