- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup buttercream frosting
- 1/2 teaspoon blue food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, sift powdered sugar and almond flour together.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and extracts gently.
- Pipe the batter onto the prepared baking sheet in snowflake shapes.
- Let them sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool and fill with buttercream frosting.
- Decorate with blue food coloring and sprinkles.
