- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons za’atar seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the mixture.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
