Description
A spicy herb sauce originating from Yemen, known for its vibrant flavor and green color.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh coriander
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 3-4 green chili peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the fresh coriander, parsley, green chili peppers, garlic, cumin, cardamom, and salt.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
