Description

A fresh and healthy twist on traditional stir-fry using zucchini noodles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in zucchini noodles and soy sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
