Instructions

- Add flour and salt, stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place on a baking sheet.
- Cover the loaf and let it rise for another hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden.
- Let cool before slicing.
